1. About these terms

WorldFlagMart is a trade name operated by Everest Global Commerce, LLC (“WorldFlagMart,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware. By browsing or ordering from worldflagmart.com you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, our shipping policy and our returns policy.

2. Products and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We make every effort to display accurate photos and colors, but on-screen colors can vary slightly from the printed flag. Inventory is limited and items may sell out without notice.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we charge your card and ship the goods. Payments are processed by Stripe. If we cannot fulfill an order, we'll refund the charge in full and email you.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates — not guarantees. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, transit is subject to their network. See the shipping page for details.

5. Returns

Full policy lives at /returns. Short version: 30-day window on unused items, free replacement for damaged or wrong items.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to commit fraud, scrape data at scale, or attempt to break things. We reserve the right to refuse service to accounts that do.

7. Trademarks and disclaimers

WorldFlagMart is an independent retailer. “FIFA” and “World Cup” are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national football association, or any team mentioned on the site. References to teams and tournaments are descriptive.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Everest Global Commerce, LLC for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
