Policy at a glance

• 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return.
• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong item

If your flag arrived damaged, misprinted or we sent the wrong country, we'll ship a replacement at no cost. Just email a photo to hello@worldflagmart.com within 7 days of delivery — no need to return the original.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@worldflagmart.com with your order number and the SKU(s) you want to return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and a return reference number.
3. Ship the item back via any tracked service. Include the reference number in the package.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original card via Stripe.

Non-returnable

• Used, displayed, or weather-exposed flags.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.
• Custom or special-order items (none in current catalog).

Exchanges

Want a different size or a different country? Easiest path is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — that way you lock the new item before stock moves.
