Data controller

The data controller for personal information collected on worldflagmart.com is Everest Global Commerce, LLC, operating under the trade name WorldFlagMart. Any references to “we,” “us” or “WorldFlagMart” in this policy refer to that entity.

What we collect

• Order info — name, shipping and billing address, phone, email, and what you bought.
• Payment info — collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVC or expiration.
• Site analytics — anonymized page views and basic device info, to understand which products and pages get traffic.
• Email signups — if you opt in to our newsletter, we store your email and subscription status only.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and shipping your order.
• Sending order confirmations, shipping updates and (if you opted in) occasional newsletters.
• Improving the site and catalog based on aggregate usage.
• Complying with tax, fraud and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — to process payments.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL) — to deliver your order.
• Vercel — to host the website.
• Tax and accounting providers, when required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Ever.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and local-storage entries: one for your shopping cart (so it survives refresh), and analytics cookies if enabled. You can clear these any time from your browser.

Your rights

You can request a copy of, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you. Email hello@worldflagmart.com with the email address used at checkout. We respond within 30 days.

Children

WorldFlagMart is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
